I started today by trimming the nose gear leg fairing to length then trimming and fitting the hinge inside the gear leg fairing followed by drilling, deburring, countersinking and riveting the hinge inside the fairing. With the gear leg fairing on I trimmed and fitted the wheel fairing forward cap. I finished off by trimming the wheel opening in the wheel fairing for proper tire to fairing clearance.
